Join Borce & the Saturday morning crew for an awesome workout that is sure to get your heart racing and the sweat pouring. Learn functional movements and exercises to help you melt fat and tone your entire body. Each week the class rotates between an upper body and core focus, and a lower body and core focus.
It's also a fun way to connect and meet new people with the same goals. So come join us this Saturday morning and afterward go to brunch with the crew and make some new friends!
What to wear: workout clothes
What to bring: You can bring a water bottle if you want but we provide towels, have drinking fountains and we provide all the exercise equipment. We will warm you up, work you out and cool you down. Don't miss out RSVP because this class fills up fast. You can pay online in advance to secure your spot.
