Group Classes & Workouts
Saturday Morning Bootcamp (9:30am-10:45am)
Join us Saturday morning for an excellent group workout. Involves resistance training, plyometrics, cardio and stretching. We alternate upper, lower and full body workouts. Afterwards we all usually go out to brunch somewhere and enjoy catching up and having some good laughs. Come for the workout and stay for the community!
Wednesday Evening Bootcamp (8pm-9pm)
Need to get in a midweek workout but only have time in the evening? We got you covered! Wednesday night is for those committed to getting results. Similar style to our Saturday Bootcamp so come on in and feel the burn!
