This 16 Week 4 Progression training program is designed to move you from beginner to advanced in 16 weeks. You'll strengthen and improve the athletic conditioning of your core muscles. When combined with the right nutrition you start to a more sculpted core and could even make those abdominals finally pop.
Borce will guide you every step of the way coaching you through each exercise, and performing the exercises with you.
You can choose between two modes (with instructions, and without). Once you understand the exercises and are comfortable with them you can choose the version without the instructions in order to streamline your workout and keep the burn going on those abdominal and oblique muscles.
